It is vital that the customers have placed the order correctly and choosen the product desired, the correct size and delivery address as we are only liable for goods that we have mistakenly not sent as ordered. If necessary contact customer services and an operator will place the order for you.
The price to E.U. customers includes Value Added Tax., however for customers outside the E.U. a discount of 12% is given off the sale price this discount has been incorparated into subsidising the shipping costs for customers outside E.U. However customers outside E.U. may have to pay an import tax on goods received when importing goods this amount varies between countries, we are therefore unable to advise on the amount but you may wish to contact your local customs office for this information.
If after receiving goods you decide they are not the right fit, colour, style, ect. You may return them to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. For exchanges please see our exchange policy this can be found on the shipping and returns policy page of this site. The goods must be in their original box, with labels attached be unworn and in condition they were sent, with receipt of purchase.(see Returns Policy. The original postage cost is non-refundable. Also in the case of returns of unwanted goods the return postage must be paid by the customer. The risk of postage in the case of returning unwanted goods must also be bourne by the customer. It is advisable for the customer to insure the parcel being retuned to us as our company takes no responsibility for goods lost in the post. We will accept returns after the 14 day period only if the goods are defective. Please contact us before returning faulty goods. When you do return them please enclose a brief note explaining what the fault is, and receipt of purchase. When we receive such goods we will examine them and if they are faulty we will replace, refund or exchange. In certain circumstances where it is difficult to detect a fault we may need to send it back to the manufacturer. In certain instances where the fault is minor and returned within 6 months of the purchase date we reserve the right to repair if possible otherwise we will replace, refund or exchange we will email you when return has been processesd. Each case will be assessed individually.
