PAYMENT.
Payment by major credit cards on the website also paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, discover, American Express and paypal. Cheques, bank draft, money and postal orders are also accepted during the shopping cart process by creating an account and selecting payment by cheque, money order option. Alternatively phone us at 00353 (0) 749561860 between 10am-6pm monday-saturday and a customers service representative will place the order for you. We can also accept debit card payments by Lazer and maestro when order is placed over the phone through customer services. For any other off-line payment options please contact us.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery to all of Ireland addresses is FREE for purchases of 40 euro and over.(* purchases under 40 euro cost 2.50 euro postage cost)
If we receive the order in the morning delivery is next working day to delivery addresses in all of Ireland please allow up to 2/3 working days for delivery addresses in the U.K.
Delivery to U.k addresses and the islands off mainland Britain costs 2.50 euro per item.
If you change your mind and return the goods to us which are not deemed to be defective then you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
Delivery to all other european delivery addresses
Delivery to all other delivery addresses in Europe is by post. Please allow 3/4 working days for delivery. Postage costs to European addresses vary depending on how many items are purchased for multiple items the postage cost per item decreases when more han one item is purchased. To find out shipping costs to European addresses please use the estimate shipping tool when you add item to shopping cart. N.B. we have subsidised the cost of delivery from Ireland to the rest of Europe and our online shoe shop offers one of the cheapest shipping costs on the intenet. However if goods are returned to us from Europe because of change of mind and are not deemed to be defective then original postage costs paid by the customer is non-refundable. Also you be responsible for cost of returning goods to us. e.g. if you bought a shoe at 50 euro and postage of 6 euro. Total 56 euro paid and returned them you would receive a refund of 50 euro. If you change your mind and want to echange goods purchased for a different size or style ect. then you will be responsible for returning goods to us and the cost of returning these goods must be paid by you. In addition you must pay us an additional price of 3 euro per item to partial cover the cost of us posting another item to you. (SEE EXCHANGES BELOW)
International Delivery.
Delivery to addresses in the rest of world (excluding Europe) is by post. please allow 7/10 working days for delivery. Postage costs to addresses vary depending on how many items are purchased for multiple items the postage cost per item decreases when more han one item is purchased. To find out shipping costs to addresses in the rest of world please use the estimate shipping tool when you add item to shopping cart or if your country has not been listed please contact customerservices@allbrandedshoes.com for a quote. N.B. Our online shoe shop offers one of the cheapest costs for delivery from Ireland to the rest of world . We have been able to provide this service because we have deducted 12% off the cost price of each item for residents outside of the E.U. and used this towards the shipping costs. Thereby you are only liable to pay 9 euro per item, or less for multiple items, instead of the full shipping costs which would be substantially higher, we have also subsidised shipping costs. Therefore the price you pay for goods already has 12% tax deducted. (although you may have to pay tax to your own government when importing goods). However if goods are returned to us from delivery addresses outside the E.U. because of change of mind and are not deemed to be defective then original postage costs paid by the customer is non-refundable. Also you be responsible for cost of returning goods to us. e.g. if you bought a shoe at 50 euro and postage of 9 euro. Total 59 euro paid and returned them you would receive a refund of 50 euro. If you change your mind and want to exchange goods purchased for a different size or style ect. then you will be responsible for returning goods to us and the cost of returning these goods must be paid by you. Returns Policy.
Return of unworn, unwanted goods
If after receiving goods you decide you do not want them you have a 14 day period from the delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All goods returned must be unworn, in original box with labels attached. A copy of receipt of purchase must also be enclosed for a refund to be processed. Then return the goods by post to us at our returns address given. It is advisable that you insure the parcel being returned so it will be traceable as we take no responsibity for goods that are lost in the post. The postage costs of returning unwanted goods, which are not faulty, must be bourne by all customers.
In the case of returns where customer has changed their mind a full refund of original price of shoes paid will be issued for unworn returns within stated time period and with receipt. (original postage cost paid is not refundable) In addition customer is also responsible for cost of returning unwanted goods to us.
IF YOUR A EUROPEAN CUSTOMER AND WISH TO EXCHANGE GOODS
If you change your mind and want to echange goods purchased for a different size or style ect. then you will be responsible for returning goods to us and the cost of returning these goods must be paid by you. In addition you must pay us an additional price of 3 euro per item to partially cover the cost of us posting another item to you. You can purchase this additional postage cost below.
For us to post european customers a different item when exchanging goods they must buy an additional postage cost of 3 euro by clicking on the buy now button below.
For returns from the rest of world i.e. countries outside E.U. the original postage costs are non-refundable in addition we will deduct another 3 euro per item from price paid when we refund you to partially cover original shipping costs. Also the price of returning unwanted goods to us must be paid by the customer. For example you are an American customer who purchased a pair of shoes at 50 euro and paid 5 euro postage. You paid total of 55 euro. and you returned them to us because you changed your mind we will refund you 47 euro.e.g. if you bought a shoe at 50 euro and postage of 2 euro. Total 52 euro paid and returned them you would receive a refund of 47 euro.
IF YOUR A CUSTOMER FROM OUTSIDE EU AND WISH TO EXCHANGE GOODS

After we receive goods we will inspect them and then send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. please allow 3/4 working days after this for your refund to show up on your bank account.We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
It is advisable to try on goods on a carpeted area as goods that are worn, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted and will not be refunded or exchanged. The only exception is faulty goods.
Return of defective goods.
When customers return goods which they claim to be faulty please enclose a brief note to explain the fault and also receipt of purchase. Alternatively contact us before returning goods for advice. When we receive these goods we will examine them and if necessary return them to the manufacturer to determine if they are defective. If it is decided there is a fault we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. If the goods have been worn and only have a minor defect within six months of purchase date we reserve the right to repair if possible. We cannot guarantee against general wear and tear or scuffs caused after use. Each claim will be assessed individually.
