For the customers security we only deliver to the same address as on the credit card.
Rebublic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland Delivery.
Delivery is by post and is free to Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses please allow up to 2/3 working days for delivery.
Mainland Britain Delivery and islands off Mainland Britain..
Delivery is by post and costs 10 euro. i.e stg £7.50 approximately. per item to mainland Britian addresses please allow up to 4/5 working days for delivery.
International Delivery.
Delivery costs vary between countries and this service is only available to customers paying by credit card. For a quote please email customerservices@allbrandedshoes.com Please allow 10 working days for destinations in Europe and 14 working days for the rest of the world.
Returns Policy.
Return of unworn, unwanted goods
If after receiving goods you decide you do not want them you have a 10 day period from the delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All goods returned must be unworn, in original box with labels attached. A copy of receipt of purchase must also be enclosed along with the returns form sent with every delivery which must also be filled in for a refund to be processed. Then return the goods by post to us at our returns address. It is advisable that you insure the parcel being returned so it will be traceable as we take no responsibity for goods that are lost in the post. The postage costs of unwanted goods, which are not faulty, must be bourne by the customer and are non-refundable. After we receive goods we will inspect them and then send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. please allow 3/4 working days after this for your refund to show up on your bank account.We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
It is advisable to try on goods on a carpeted area as goods that are worn, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition will not be accepted and will not be refunded or exchanged. The only exception is faulty goods.
Return of defective goods.
When customers return goods which they claim to be faulty please enclose a brief note to explain the fault and also receipt of purchase. Alternatively contact us before returning goods for advice. When we receive these goods we will examine them and if necessary return them to the manufacturer to determine if they are defective. If it is decided there is a fault we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund. If the goods have been worn and only have a minor defect within six months of purchase date we reserve the right to repair if possible. We cannot guarantee against general wear and tear or scuffs caused after use. Each claim will be assessed individually.
